Product Description: DO NOT invert the dispenser, let the foam block the sensor area, block the foam outlet with your hand, or tilt the tank when installing or replacing hand soap. Additionally, do not immerse the dispenser in water, as it will short circuit.

Troubleshooting: If the product does not pump foam soap or is defective, firstly use a damp cloth to clean the sensor area, and then check the maintenance instruction in the package to clean the possibly blocked tube using the bottle tool.

If the light keeps blinking, even after full charging, please clean the sensor area, restart the dispenser, and try again. If it still doesn't work, contact the seller.

The unit will auto-turn off after red blinking when it needs charging. Normally, the battery can last 2-3 months for home usage.
